What is Personal Development Coaching?
Personal development coaching is a process of exploration, learning and action. All aspects of yourself—personal and professional, as well as your relationships with yourself and others—contribute to your personal growth and transformative process.
Life, however, is complex and ever changing. It is easy to feel stuck and as if we are going around in circles. Whether it is health, work or relationship challenges, transitions in life can leave us unsure of what our next steps should be.
What’s significant is that you always have some choice in where you want to go next in life. This is what gives us hope as human beings and empowers us, despite whatever we are facing. This is where a coach can help.

What will happen when we work together and how many sessions will I need?
The process starts by contacting me for a short phone conversation to see if coaching is the right fit for you. If we both decide that we are the right fit and wish to work together, we will schedule two, one-hour sessions each month. Most of my clients work with me from three to six months or more, depending on each individual and the challenges at hand.
Where do sessions take place?
Sessions can be in person at my office in Toronto, or by phone or videoconference from anywhere in the world. I coach in English, Spanish and Hebrew. The coaching sessions are always completed at a place and time that is convenient for you. All you need is a quiet space and some time dedicated to yourself and your own personal growth.
Is there group coaching?
Yes. A few times each year, I offer small, virtual group coaching programs in specific areas of learning. This group-learning environment can be more cost effective than one-on-one coaching. Contact me to learn more.
What happens in between sessions?
Coaching is a process dedicated to moving you forward. Setting clear goals, intentions and actions to be completed between sessions is an important part of the journey. That said, there is no need to worry if you are not able to achieve everything you set out for yourself. We will work together during our sessions to understand what causes you to hesitate and what prompts you to follow through. It’s an ongoing process of learning.
